Sue Dawson, Head of Content at FTD Digital and Chief Editor of Best New Bingo Sites, said of the nomination:

Dawson also points to great technical innovations as a key ingredient in the website’s much improved fortunes this year. The three main areas of focus at the start of the year were, according to Razvan Nicu, Head of Design and Development:
- Improved User Experience including big and bold typography and vivid colouring to appeal to the user.
- Faster site speed and improved AMP integration
- A mobile first approach which saw BNBS lead the way in terms of the Google mobile revolution
All of these and more have helped Best New Bingo Sites improve the number of keywords it ranks for by over 50%. However, perhaps the site’s greatest achievement is its monopolisation of Google’s featured snippets. With Google increasing its SERP foothold, the prominence of rich snippets and answer boxes has become a crucial part of SEO affiliate strategy. Of the keywords that BNBS rank for, the site currently has up to 50 snippets at the top of the first page of Google results. This has been the single greatest driver of growth for Best New Bingo Sites this year.
The ceremony will take place during the LAC 2019 conference period on February 8th at the Brewery in East London. All affiliates signed up to LAC can also opt-in to attend the award show, which promises to be a glitzy, red carpet event. The award will be decided by a panel of industry experts.
