In a rare good vibes story for the UK gambling industry, the Super Group have gone all in with their brand-new offices in London.
Located in Camden at the plush St Pancras Campus, we got a bit of sneak preview when we were invited to a rooftop cocktail party during iGB London in July, after they had literally just moved in.
It was already clear what an incredible new office space they had, sipping drinks and eating Japanese/Mexican fusion nibbles as the sun set on their terrace, although at that point there were some minor teething problems with the building (the less spoken about the toilet situation, the better).
Just a few months later, the Super Group team invited FTD to take a tour around the space, talk a little bit of business, and then enjoy a lovely Steak dinner in central London, off Park Lane. It was an absolutely brilliant day!
We’ve been working with the Super Group in its various different guises and parts practically ever since we started back in 2012.
Over the past few years, we’ve had some great success with brands like Betway, Hippodrome and Jackpot City Casino, which speaks to how much we’ve grown as a casino affiliate. That part of our relationship has been expertly led by Christian Vitale, who was one of our hosts.
Then, there’s the Jumpman side of things, as the Super Group recently brought them into the fold. Again, we’ve been working with Jumpman Gaming for many years and it’s great to have Caroline, our second host, leading us through the migration.
After arriving at the office in the afternoon, we took a tour of the premises. All we can say is WOW! Set across multiple floors, with wide open spaces, there’s so many spots to relax, meet, hang and eat. There’s a lecture theatre for big company presentations, a games area with table tennis and shuffleboard, as well as a real F1 car for taking photos!
After the tour, we sat in one of the board rooms to do some proper business, unlocking lots of potential avenues for our partnership going forward, even if Google is being a little bit of a nightmare at the moment…
Then we enjoyed another perk of the office; the bar! At 5pm on a Thursday, the complimentary drinks flow in one of the large open areas and board games come out of the woodwork too. They have various draft beers which are dispensed through the bottom of the glass!
After a few drinks, we took the tube into Central London and enjoyed a simply unbelievable Steak dinner at CUT 45 on Park lane. It was honestly one of the most delicious meals of my life!
